Everday Suppers: Lasagne & Shepherd’s Pie

1 small onion, diced
1 tbsp oil
125 g quorn
One portion basic tomato sauce (or cheat ready made)

fry the onion until soft but not brown. Add the quorn and tomato sauce and cook until it comes together.

For lasagne,
one portion cheese sauce (or cheat ready made)
6 pieces lasagne pasta (enough for 2 layers)
4 tbsp pesto (about half a pot ready made)
cheddar cheese, grated

Assemble layers, quorn, 5 tsp pesto, cheese sauce, lasagne sheets, quorn pesto, lasagne and finally cheese sauce on top. Grate cheese on top.

Bake at 200C for around 30 minutes

For Shepherds Pie,
2-3 potatoes, boiled and mashed with butter and milk
Assemble layers, quorn, then potato then cheese.

Bake at 200C for around 30 minutes
