Radicchio

This is another Nigella recipe that I’m not sure qualified. It does taste amazingly good either as an accompaniment or on it’s own with decent fresh bread for supper.

Per person:

  • 2 heads radicchio (red endive or chicory)
  • 100g blue cheese
  • a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat the oven to 220C. Put your raddichio in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with vinegar and oil before baking for around 10 minutes.

Enjoy.
