Chocolate Nut Cookies
225 g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
25 g cocoa
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
175 g plain flour
1/2 tsp bicarbonate
200 g chocolate, chunked
150g brazil nuts quartered
Cream together the butter and sugar before beating in the vanilla and eggs.
Add the dry ingredients, chocolate and nuts last.
Pinch off balls of dough and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 180C/GM 4 for about 10-15 minutes.
Serve with good quality icecream for desert.
